How OHAI collects, uses, retains, and protects information submitted through the DDUKDOC AI website.
1. Information we collect
Through the consultation form, OHAI collects the clinic name, contact person's name, phone number, optional email address, selected interests, and inquiry details.
We collect this information only when you enter and submit it directly.
2. How we use information
We use the information only to respond to your inquiry, provide consultation materials such as a custom clinic day plan, and manage consultation history. We do not use it for another purpose or share it with a third party without prior consent.
3. Retention
We retain submitted information for one year after the inquiry is completed, then delete it without delay. We also delete it earlier upon a valid request unless applicable law requires retention.
4. Service providers
We may use cloud hosting and database providers to store information as required to operate the service. We require appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable law.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your information at any time through our consultation form or company address. We will respond without undue delay.
6. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards including HTTPS encryption, least-privilege access, and security headers.
